Residential Homes Built With Vacationing in Mind

Our homes provide all of the comforts of home, in some of the most beautiful locations in the world. The exterior of our homes offers a private oasis for you to enjoy, whether you are taking in the sunset on your rooftop deck, or taking a dip in your luxurious heated pool or spa. All of our homes are professionally landscaped and maintained, using native plants, trees, and specimens to lessen the need for harmful fertilizers and excessive water consumption – all of which improve our footprint.

The interior of our homes are built to achieve the ‘wow’ effect. Almost every bedroom has a private en-suite bath with luxurious tile work and beautiful fixtures and finishes. Our homes are professionally decorated and maintained monthly by our interior designers, maintenance and engineering teams, and our professional property managers. Our homes are equipped with fully stocked kitchens, interior, and exterior dining to accommodate the home’s occupancy, multiple living areas including club rooms for entertaining, and maximized views from every room or balcony, including our coveted rooftop decks.

All of our homes have uniquely curated amenity packages, including water slides, putt-putt golf courses, covered patios, and more to make vacationing easier and more fun for you as well. Professional Housekeeping 

Our Vunique Vacations cleaning standards exceed expectations much like our homes. Vunique provides high-quality cleaning supplies to our cleaners that ensure the killing of bacteria, fungi, and viruses. As an added measure we also only contract with licensed and insured Professional Housekeeping companies.

Upon guest departure, our housekeeping teams thoroughly clean every home using the provided cleaning supplies to meet the requirements of our 80+ point housekeeping checklist. Upon completion of their clean, our housekeeping teams communicate the status of their clean, any outstanding issues found, and notify us that they are ready for our Vunique Vacations Housekeeping Inspectors to perform their walk-through inspections.

Our Vunique Vacations Housekeeping Inspectors start their process by reviewing the housekeeping team’s checklist. Using this document, our inspectors confirm that the cleaning team has completed their cleaning process and our inspectors make note of any feedback items left by the cleaning team. Then, our housekeeping inspectors complete their own walk-through of the home and their own 80+ inspection checklist. This inspection is very thorough, and it mirrors the housekeepers’ own 80+ checklist to ensure proficiency in our cleans. Our housekeeping inspectors are required to take photos, make comments, and thoroughly document the cleaning process.

After our housekeeping professionals approve the clean, they notify our property managers that the home is ready for the property managers’ final walk-through. Prior to guest arrival, a Property Manager will conduct a walkthrough of the property as the 3rd level of quality control. If there are any deficiencies found, our housekeeping team is called back to correct the issues. If no issues are found, our property managers prepare the home for our guest’s arrival. The final phase of our quality control process is actually meeting you, our valued guest, at the time of your arrival to walk you through the home to make sure you are satisfied with its condition, and that you’re aware of how to operate its mechanicals and amenities to ensure a wonderful vacationing experience.

By providing the cleaning supplies, requiring specific cleaning practices to meet our rigid housekeeping standards, and conducting a multi-level quality control inspection process with a final walk-through with you – the guest, we can ensure a complete and consistent cleaning process at every home before every guest arrival.

 Included Services:

In addition to in-home housekeeping, Vunique Vacations makes it a priority to stay up to date on the latest cleaning offerings for our guests, whether as add-ons or included services.

  • Bins Be Clean –  This local trash service ensures that our trash and recycling bins are seen but never smelt. This is an eco-friendly service that conveniently takes place in the Bins Be Clean mobile unit. All trash and recycling bins, at all Vunique homes, are cleaned by this service on a monthly basis
  • Bi-Annual Pressure Washing – Vunique contracts with a locally owned and operated pressure washing company to service our homes 2x a year. This service includes the entire home exterior, as well as balconies, patios, furniture, fencing, windows (with screens removed), exterior walkways, etc. 
  • Bi-Annual Deep Cleans – This 3-day service takes place 2x a year. Taking this step in the preservation of our homes ensures that everyone experiences the same elevated accommodation when they stay with Vunique.

Add-On Cleaning Services

Vunique is committed to staying up to date on the best cleaning practices to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests. This includes our offerings of add-on cleaning services such as mid-stay cleans, linen change-outs, or even daily cleans, which incur additional fees.

  • Mid-Stay Cleans are required for guests staying with Vunique Vacations for longer periods of time (14+ days), but any guest may add this service to any reservation, regardless of their length of stay.
  • Daily Cleans are available for our guests to request. These cleans can be partial or full and can accommodate requests such as linen changes, floor/counter cleanups, or an entire home clean.
  • Linen Change Out is available by request. Vunique can refresh your linens at any point of your stay.

Professional Linen Program

Vunique’s professional linen program ensures that the sheets you cozy up in each night will never leave you questioning their quality or cleanliness. We employ a ‘triple sheet’ process like many of your favorite luxury hotel brands. We provide premium luxury linens that have been used for nearly 80 years in the most exclusive hotels in Europe and the Americas. Likewise, our bath towels are built to last, offering a size that fits everyone and quick-dry technology that still provides a soft feel when you wrap up.

Unlike most vacation rental companies, our high-quality linens are not laundered at our homes between reservations. Instead, all of our linens are professionally laundered at an off-site commercial laundry facility by professional laundry attendants. This facility utilizes OZONE systems, which provide 100% sanitization of all linens laundered. Upon a guest’s departure, all of Vunique’s linens are removed from the home, including, bedding, sheets, towels, and kitchen towels, and, they are replaced with a new set of linens for the incoming guests.

In addition to our extensive linen cleaning procedures, our bedding is also equipped with mattress, box spring and pillow protectors, which are quality control checked, sanitized, and laundered on a schedule.

Security and Smart Devices

E-Locks, E-Therms, Door Sensors, Noise Monitoring (reduces compliance complaints and citations, as well as protects the guests against false calls/complaints), and security cameras to ensure security without compromising our guests’ expected privacy.

Our goal at Vunique Vacations is to provide our guests with an unforgettable vacation. In order to better help provide this level of service to our guests, we have implemented specific policies to allow the customization of your trip and also to offer protection for those coveted days away. 

  • Lower Length of Stay Requirements – While other vacation rental companies require 7-night minimums and ‘Saturday Only’ arrivals unless we are bound by local ordinances, Vunique offers our guests 3-7 night stays and ‘any day’ arrivals for most of the year so that you can vacation on your terms. 
  • Flexible Cancellation Policy – Our flexible 60-day cancellation policy ensures that as long as you provide enough notice for the cancellation of your reservation, you will receive a full refund (excluding a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the total rental rate -booking fee- and the non-refundable admin fee).   • Travel Insurance – We partner with the top Travel Insurance company, Generali Global Assistance, to better protect your travel. We allow guests to purchase travel insurance any time prior to your 60-day final payment date, to protect your trip against unforeseen circumstances.
  • 24/7 Availability – We understand that life happens. That is why our office is ready to help at any point during normal business hours, and our after-hours phone number is provided to every guest staying with us.
