As with every Vunique home, The Siesta Key Estate is built with guest experience in mind. However, unlike any other home in our portfolio, The Siesta Key Estate offers two homes, one estate, and three vacation options to curate your signature stay. The interior of each home features fully stocked kitchens and butler pantries, utilizing trusted kitchen supplies and products to elevate your culinary experiences or to provide the perfect support for your caterer or in-home chef experience. Each bedroom is designed with an en suite bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy throughout. With the multiple living areas throughout the inside and outside of the homes, there are ample places to spread out, relax, and gather in a way that is always comfortable and accommodating.

These same vast living and dining spaces within both homes come equipped with entertainment options such as wet bars, dry bars, media centers, gaming consoles, billiards, and even a golf simulator that transitions into a theater and gaming center. These spaces are purposefully designed to foster moments and lasting memories with loved ones or friends, making vacationing effortless for any group configuration.

The Homes

While one can rent the entire property, The Siesta Key Estate features two stand-alone 6-bedroom homes, available to be rented individually. Each of these homes provides over 4,000 square feet of artfully designed interior living space and can be rented individually if you aren’t looking to rent the entire estate. The homes are strategically placed at either end of this expansive and rare parcel of land to maintain the backyard oasis that Vunique promises to each of our guests. Better yet, your privacy is protected further in your backyard with the help of a retractable fence that the Vunique team will activate before your arrival if you rent just one of the homes. Coastal Canopy

Coastal Canopy sleeps 18 across six luxurious bedrooms, each with a private en suite bathroom. The thoughtfully designed kitchen is fully stocked with trusted appliances and includes a spacious butler’s pantry, perfect for entertaining or hosting a special event with a private chef or caterer.

The outdoor space steals the show with a breathtaking pool that showcases a 60-foot waterslide starting from the second-floor balcony, a spa, and a stunning rain curtain feature. Behind the rain curtain, guests can enjoy the swim-up bar or relax in the sunken living area, complete with a dry bar, built-in seating, and multiple TVs. A screened lanai ensures comfort while the private putting green doubles as an outdoor workout or yoga space, complete with exercise equipment for fitness enthusiasts.
