Hurricane Milton Update 10.16.24

We want to thank everyone for your continued patience while our team has navigated through the aftermath of the recent hurricanes. Our commitment has always been to ensure that before we welcome guests back to our Vunique homes, we can provide the level of service that we hold ourselves to. At the same time, we also want to make sure that our community and islands can support the arrival of guests in our area. We are thrilled to announce official opening dates for our homes, broken down into phases.

Please note that if you have a reservation at one of our homes falling before the home is officially open, our team will proactively reach out to you to discuss your stay options. This might include recommending placement in one of our other homes, a potential credit, or a refund for your stay. We seek to be as transparent with our guests as possible because we understand that a vacation is something everyone looks forward to and plans well in advance. While St. Armands Circle and Siesta Key Village are still working towards full restoration, Downtown Sarasota is fully operational and welcoming reservations at the establishments and attractions.

Phase I – Accepting Arrivals 10/19/2024

Phase IV – Accept Arrivals (By Property)
