Professional Housekeeping
- Our cleaning standards at Vunique Vacations exceed expectations much like our homes. Upon guest departure, our housekeeping team thoroughly cleans every home until it reaches our 107-point standard checklist. Upon checklist completion, the homes undergo a 3-level inspection from our Executive Housekeeper to ensure that the home is left spotless for the next guest’s arrival.
- In addition to in-home housekeeping, Vunique partners with Bins Be Clean Trash service to ensure that our trash cans are seen but never smelt.
- Vunique is committed to staying up to date on the best cleaning practices to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests. This includes our offerings of the Eco-Safe cleaning add-on or a mid-stay clean.
- Eco-Safe is an electro-static spray utilizing EPA registered disinfectants that kill bacteria and viruses. (you can opt-in to this service at check-out)
- Mid-Stay Cleans are available to guests staying with Vunique Vacations for longer periods of time, you may be interested in a vacation home refresh. Simply reach out to your property manager to coordinate the time and any additional fees.
- Professional Linen Program
- Our professional linen program ensures that the sheets you cozy up in each night will never leave you wondering. All of our linens are professionally laundered at an off-site commercial laundry facility. The OZONE systems used at this facility provide 100% sanitization of all linens, which includes bed sheets, pillows, bathing linens, kitchen towels and beach towels. All of our mattresses are covered with a mattress protector, as are each of our sleeping pillows. These linens services are performed between every guest’s stay with Vunique Vacations
- Security and Smart Devices
- E-Locks, E-Therms, Door Sensors, Noise Monitoring (protects the guests against false calls/complaints), security cameras to ensure security without compromising our guests’ expected privacy.

- Lower LOS – While other vacation rental companies require 7-night minimums, unless we are bound by local ordinances, Vunique offers 3-7 night stays for our guests, so that you can vacation on your terms.
- Flexible Cancellations – Our flexible cancellation policy ensures that as long as you provide enough notice for cancellation of your reservation, you will receive a full refund (excluding a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the total rental rate -booking fee- and the non-refundable admin fee). - Travel Insurance – We partner with the top Travel Insurance company, Generali Global Assistance, to better protect your travel. We allow guests to purchase travel insurance any time prior to your 60-day final payment date, to protect your trip against unforeseen circumstances.

The exterior of our homes offers a private oasis whether you are taking in the sunset on your rooftop deck, or taking a dip in your luxurious heated pool.
